Blossom Seeds was invited by Lien Foundation to share our experiences in dementia care for the elderly and senior on 19th Jun. This was part of Lien Foundation and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital's effort to build a dementia friendly community under the umbrella of the "Forget.Us.Not" initiative in Yishun.
As Blossom Seeds runs the medical escort transport services as well as senior and elderly befriending program, our staff and volunteers are trained to identify some of the at risk elderly and to be able to interact and befriend them appropriately.
