With more than 15 years of experience in financial controlling and auditor roles, spanning across various industries, Siew Chin brings to Blossom Seeds a strong set of financial management skills integrated with commercial acumen. Goal orientated and resourceful, with proven project management track record, she is also adapt at managing teams across a multi-cultural and multi-national environment. Beyond analyzing numbers, she was also deeply involved in community work, spending a total of 8 years with Dover Hospice as a volunteer.  In her free time, she enjoys cycling and mountain trekking. Ms Ong holds a BSc in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and speaks Japanese.

Yau Tong had spent more than 30 years in the electronic, integrated & design systems industry. Starting from technical roles, he moved into people management roles leading cross-functional and regional teams. Half of this time was spent with GE Intersil/Harris Semiconductor and the latter half running his own business in the solar industry focusing on the Chinese, South East Asia and Africa’s market. At Blossom Seeds, Yau Tong focuses on Human Resources and Volunteer management. He is also responsible for bringing in and implementing the latest innovation and technology to enhance productivity and efficiency at work. He enjoys playing badminton in his spare time and was a volunteer with Blossom Seeds before current role . Yau Tong holds a MSc of Science (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and BSc (Electronic Engineering) from National University Singapore (NUS).

A finance professional with more than 2 decades of experience, Sherry was involved across various aspects of finance that includes Treasury, Corporate Finance, Contracts Review & Management, Grants Applications, Risk Management, Compliance & Investor Relations. Passionate about geriatric care, with strong people, stakeholders and change management skills, Sherry will be managing our Senior Care Centre and overseeing the various programmes at the centre. Her hobby is singing. Sherry holds a BSc in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and a Diploma in Community and Social Services (Senior Services) from Hua Mei Training Academy
