Auspicious Vesak Carnival 2018

Blossom Seeds together with BW Monastery co-organized the 2018 Vesak Carnival on 19th and 20th May at Big Box. In the spirit of giving, we reached out to the crowd to help sponsor a Vesak Goodie Bag for distribution to needy elderly under our care in the north and central region of Singapore.

We also took this chance to bring more than 150 seniors from Gambas and central region to join in the festive celebration. They were treated to a series of performances by the different community groups whilst enjoying the delicacies available at the carnival.

Ministers Khaw Boon Wan and K.Shanmugam also attended the event in their personal capacity and visited our booth on separate occasion over the 2 days. Their short presence also helped to raise enthusiasm and delighted those in the otherwise non-suspecting crowd
