Blossom Seeds support frail and home-bound Seniors to continue to live in the community despite their frailty.  We are an approved MET service provider of Agency for integrated Care (AIC) and worked closely with the grassroots to reach out and support frail and home-bound Seniors in the North of Singapore (including Sembawang GRC).

The profile of seniors whom we served are
·       Seniors who are on Public Assistance (PA)
·       Unable to hold a permanent full-time job
·       Aged 55 and above
·       Ill or disable
·       With little or no income
·       With little or no family support

Those who are unable to meet the criteria will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Other than MET, we organize house cleaning, festive goodie bag distribution and bring them to our centre for activities whenever our resources permits.
