Blossom Seeds Active Ageing Centre @ East Canberra was honored to welcome Dr. Karen Ng, Chief, Primary Care, Population Health Campus, NHG & CEO, NHG Polyclinics, and her leadership team!
Their visit explored how Primary Care and Active Ageing initiatives can work hand in hand to support seniors in Sembawang Town. Together, we aim to enhance community-based care, ensuring seniors age well with holistic support.
