Sembawang Central Senior Profiling in February and March 2025

The Senior Profiling  was a heartwarming community effort made possible by the unwavering dedication of over 150 volunteers and the support of our incredible partners. 

Together, we door knocked estimated around 3,000 households, gathering valuable insights into our seniors' social and mobility status. This was more than just data collection—it was a powerful demonstration of how a united community can uplift and care for those within the community. 

From door-to-door outreach to meaningful conversations, every effort contributed to shaping future activities and services that truly resonate with our seniors. A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated partners— People’s Association, Sembawang Central Grassroots Organizations, SG Cares, Volunteers from Public Service Division, Micron, UPS,  Republic Polytechnic, Grounds Up Group:  Meridian 312 seniors, ICARE —for standing alongside us in this mission.
