Blossom Seeds is delighted to have our seniors invited by the Canberra Grassroots Organisation for “Breakfast with Love” at Happy Hawker coffeeshop, 406A Sembawang Drive!
Kicking off bright and early morning at 7.15am, the event offered a warm welcome with a heartfelt speech by Dr Lim Wee Kiak and an engaging morning of Seated Taiji, led by our team instructors, bringing together about more than 40 residents, seniors & grassroot volunteers for some gentle movement and connection.
Our seniors loved the chance to start the day with breakfast, camaraderie, and exercise, building new friendships and strengthening community bonds
