Daily Exercise Programme

Our daily exercise programmes aim to keep the seniors physically active and healthy. Our programme staff and volunteers tailor these exercises to ensure that they are suitable for the seniors.

Our daily exercises have now gone online through Zoom, where seniors can take part in daily, in the comfort of their own homes.
