Blossom Seeds warm hearted volunteers were in action at Thong Teck Home for Seniors. Determined to bring some Mid-Autumn Joy to the seniors at the home, 40 warm hearted Blossom Seeds volunteers, armed themselves with lanterns, gifts and Golden Delight Mooncakes, shared love and joy to 120 seniors at Thong Teck Home for Seniors on the Sunday afternoon on 20 September 2015.
