Blossom Seeds was delighted to host FIDA Japan, invited by Dr. Kelvin Tan from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) Gerontology faculty. A group of 10 FIDA Japan members presented an engaging dance exchange program with easy-to-follow movements, along with a captivating workshop and performance for about 50 seniors from Blossom Seeds.

Our event also featured Kpop dance by our instructor Mr. Low, as well as Chair Yoga and Shape It Up sessions with Ms. Riza and Ms. Cecilia, adding even more fun and wellness. The Sparkletots kids joined the dance exchange, bringing joy and happiness to our seniors.
