This morning, we kickstarted our profiling of senior residents at Montreal, Sembawang Central.

The profiling exercise was initiated by Minister Ong Ye Kung in August last year, to identify at risk seniors. Blossom Seeds is pleased to be part of the pilot, and SGCares Volunteer Centre @Sembawang supported with the volunteers. Min Ong came by in the morning to brief and thank all volunteers for the effort.

Many thanks to our young volunteers from Youth Corps Singapore, who have been keen to learn and patiently visiting each household, looking out for seniors who may benefit from our befriending and health programmes. Many thanks also to our grassroot volunteers and Blossom Seeds volunteers who came to support the outreach.
