The Population Health Collective (POPCollect) is an annual workplan seminar organised by National Healthcare Group (NHG). Our staff and volunteers were excited to participate at the Kampong Health Marketplace at Ng Teng Fong Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI).

Mr Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health graced the occasion and shared about the importance of supporting good health in the communities and home. Dr Michael Dixon (Keynote Speaker from UK) visited our booth and interacted with our seniors.

As part of the seminar, there was a Poster Showcase to celebrate community innovations and for partners to come together to Do, Learn and Share.

The collaboration between Yishun Health, Frontier Healthcare (Canberra) and Blossom Seeds, “Building Place based Partnerships for Residents to Live and Age well in Our Neighbourhoods”, won the People’s Choice Award at the event.
